CURRENCY KNIFE 11
This knife has been vetted as authentic with signs of use and age. Note that the fur on the handle has been lost (to moths, probably).
These double-sided forged iron knives exist in a variety of shapes. They
were originally used for ceremonial purposes and probably date from the
20th century. Many of them originally had a fur ball on the handle; in most cases the
fur is partially or completely lost. Unlike many galleries which grind down and polish the blades, we have
left these with the rusty patina intact.
