KUBA
Horned Helmet Mask 6
13" high x 10" wide x 11" deep
$500

Despite its appearance this Kuba helmet masks was probably made to be sold.

This mask, with horns, is generally called a nyet. Horns were usually added to a mask for the image of power and strength. It is nicely decorated with polychrome patterns and cowrie shells.
