Despite the quality of workmanship and the elegant form, we believe that this crown was made to be sold.   This one is in good condition, with only one missing strand on the veil.  The inside is lined with part of a dark Yoruba ashoke textile.

Bird tails ( those on the sides) can be bent upwards or outwards if desired and hold those positions.
